Structure composition

1. The manual control valve is mainly composed of: handle, valve body, and buttons. The control button can open the valve to control the communication between the main control valve airway and the motor airway. Or hand drawstring type, the operation pulls the rotation of the pendulum lever to achieve the opening of the valve, which can achieve stepless speed change.

2. The main control valve: it is mainly composed of: left and right valve stem, connecting rod and air distribution plate. The air distribution work of the forward and reverse rotation of the air motor is completed by switching the left and right airways.

3. Pneumatic motor: mainly composed of: rotor, stator, front and rear end caps and blades. When the air separator of the main control valve feeds compressed air into the motor, the blade rotates at high speed together with the rotor.

4. Hook: It is mainly composed of: upper hook, hanging body, sprocket, chain, lower hook and other parts. Rely on the forward and reverse rotation of the sprocket to complete the lifting movement.

5. Reducer: It is mainly composed of: a housing and a set of planetary deceleration mechanisms. When the high-speed shaft of the air engine is input to the deceleration mechanism, the torque is increased by deceleration, and the final stage is output to the lifting sprocket.

6. Brake mechanism: It is mainly composed of: brake cone, brake ring, and cylinder block. Air is distributed to the cylinder block through the main control valve, and the brake cone and brake ring are separated to release the brake.

7. Chain mechanism: It is mainly composed of: shaft, pendulum and reset spring. It plays an anti-collision and protective role when ascending and descending to the position.
