Tyto kolejnice, b\u011b\u017en\u011b ozna\u010dovan\u00e9 jako \u201eDIN\u201c, se vyskytuj\u00ed po cel\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b a co do objemu jsou nejpou\u017e\u00edvan\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi je\u0159\u00e1bov\u00fdmi kolejnicemi na sv\u011bt\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>DIN li\u0161ty jsou k dispozici v r\u016fzn\u00fdch velikostech, od A45 (22,1 kg\/m) do A150 (150,3 kg\/m) a spl\u0148uj\u00ed po\u017eadavky v\u011bt\u0161iny je\u0159\u00e1bov\u00fdch kolejnic. Na rozd\u00edl od n\u00e1zv\u016f mnoha jin\u00fdch li\u0161t popisuje nomenklatura DIN li\u0161t \u0161\u00ed\u0159ku hlavice, nikoli jej\u00ed hmotnost (nap\u0159\u00edklad A45 m\u00e1 hlavu \u0161irokou 45 mm).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ka\u017ed\u00fd profil DIN li\u0161ty se vyzna\u010duje n\u00edzk\u00fdm t\u011b\u017ei\u0161t\u011bm, relativn\u011b \u0161irokou a robustn\u00ed hlavou a velmi \u0161irokou stojinou a z\u00e1kladnou. Jsou navr\u017eeny pro instalaci na nosn\u00edky nebo z\u00e1klady, kter\u00e9 nab\u00edzej\u00ed nep\u0159etr\u017eitou oporu, a jejich ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed v\u00fd\u0161ka m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt v\u00fdhodou pro instalace, kde je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 sv\u011btl\u00e1 v\u00fd\u0161ka nad hlavou. Jejich \u0161\u00ed\u0159ka a blokov\u00e9 tvary jsou extr\u00e9mn\u011b stabiln\u00ed, ide\u00e1ln\u00ed pro je\u0159\u00e1bov\u00e9 aplikace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Norma DIN 536 definuje dva druhy oceli: jeden s pevnost\u00ed v tahu v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e 690 MPa a jeden v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e 880 MPa. Postupem \u010dasu r\u016fzn\u00e9 ocel\u00e1rny za\u010daly pou\u017e\u00edvat k ozna\u010den\u00ed t\u011bchto druh\u016f r\u016fzn\u00fd \u017eargon. Dodavatel DIN li\u0161t pro Wirth Rail, spole\u010dnost ArcelorMittal, pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 n\u00e1zvy 70 kg a 90 kg. (krom\u011b: 880 MPa = 880 N\/mm2 \u02dc (90 kg x gravita\u010dn\u00ed konstanta 9,81 m\/s2)\/mm2).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V Evrop\u011b se vyskytuj\u00ed je\u0161t\u011b dv\u011b dal\u0161\u00ed jakosti, kter\u00e9 v\u0161ak nejsou pops\u00e1ny ve specifikaci DIN 536. Tato ocel je legov\u00e1na chromem a vanadem, aby se dos\u00e1hlo pevnosti v tahu vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e 1080 MPa. Spole\u010dnost ArcelorMittal je ve sv\u00e9 dokumentaci ozna\u010duje n\u00e1zvy 110 CrV a R340.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Evropsk\u00e9 t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 je\u0159\u00e1bov\u00e9 kolejnice se dod\u00e1vaj\u00ed ve standardn\u00edch d\u00e9lk\u00e1ch 9, 10, 12, 15 a 18 metr\u016f (\u2248 30, 33, 39, 49 a 59 stop). Standardn\u011b jsou k dispozici hranat\u00e9 konce s mo\u017enost\u00ed pokosov\u00fdch \u0159ez\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u0161echny je\u0159\u00e1bov\u00e9 kolejnice jsou vyr\u00e1b\u011bny a testov\u00e1ny podle p\u0159\u00edsn\u00fdch metalurgick\u00fdch norem kvality. Jsou nab\u00edzeny v n\u011bkolika jakostech, kter\u00e9 zlep\u0161uj\u00ed nosnost kolejnice a z\u00e1rove\u0148 sni\u017euj\u00ed m\u00edru opot\u0159eben\u00ed b\u011bhem provozu.
