Ka\u017ed\u00fd detail byl p\u0159izp\u016fsoben na z\u00e1klad\u011b konstrukce budovy, po\u017eadavk\u016f na zved\u00e1n\u00ed a podm\u00ednek prost\u0159ed\u00ed poskytnut\u00fdch klientem, v\u010detn\u011b v\u0161ech relevantn\u00edch v\u00fdkres\u016f CAD komponent\u016f. Z\u00e1kladn\u00ed parametry a data o tov\u00e1rn\u00edm prost\u0159ed\u00ed byly od z\u00e1kazn\u00edka pe\u010dliv\u011b shrom\u00e1\u017ed\u011bny, aby byl zaji\u0161t\u011bn p\u0159esn\u00fd a p\u0159izp\u016fsoben\u00fd n\u00e1vrh. B\u011bhem pouh\u00fdch 15 dn\u016f n\u00e1\u0161 t\u00fdm dokon\u010dil p\u0159edb\u011b\u017en\u00e9 n\u00e1vrhov\u00e9 n\u00e1\u010drty a poskytl klientovi anal\u00fdzu kone\u010dn\u00fdch prvk\u016f ANSYS pro vyhodnocen\u00ed pr\u016fhybu hlavn\u00edho nosn\u00edku, \u010d\u00edm\u017e byla zaji\u0161t\u011bna konstruk\u010dn\u00ed bezpe\u010dnost a shoda s p\u0159edpisy. Cel\u00fd proces n\u00e1vrhu striktn\u011b dodr\u017eoval p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e9 pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9 normy, co\u017e zaru\u010duje, \u017ee kone\u010dn\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed spl\u0148uje jak bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed, tak v\u00fdkonnostn\u00ed po\u017eadavky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Parametry je\u0159\u00e1bu:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je\u0159\u00e1b m\u00e1 rozp\u011bt\u00ed 6 metr\u016f a v\u00fd\u0161ku zdvihu 12 metr\u016f a je poh\u00e1n\u011bn dvourychlostn\u00edm kladkostrojem ZDS 7,5 kW (0,8\/8 m\/min) pro plynul\u00e9 a p\u0159esn\u00e9 ovl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed b\u0159emene. Pojezd je zaji\u0161t\u011bn kompaktn\u00edmi motory YCD21-4\/0,8 kW rychlost\u00ed 20 m\/min, a to jak na mostn\u00edch, tak i na trolejov\u00fdch kolej\u00edch. Syst\u00e9m je vyroben z 15mm ocelov\u00e9ho lana a je dimenzov\u00e1n pro okoln\u00ed teploty od -20 \u00b0C do +40 \u00b0C. Byl navr\u017een pro spolehliv\u00fd v\u00fdkon v n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9m pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9m prost\u0159ed\u00ed.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Z\u00e1klady designu:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na\u0161i in\u017een\u00fd\u0159i po d\u016fkladn\u00e9m vyhodnocen\u00ed dispozi\u010dn\u00edho \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed budovy a funk\u010dn\u00edch c\u00edl\u016f zvolili konfiguraci s podjezdem. Nadzemn\u00ed ocelov\u00e1 konstrukce za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed poskytovala dostate\u010dnou nosnost, \u010d\u00edm\u017e eliminovala pot\u0159ebu sloup\u016f montovan\u00fdch na podlahu a zachovala prostor na zemi pro provozn\u00ed tok. Vzhledem k m\u00edrn\u00e9 v\u00fd\u0161ce zdvihu 12 metr\u016f a absenci p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eek nad hlavou na\u0161i in\u017een\u00fd\u0159i zjistili, \u017ee nejprakti\u010dt\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a nejekonomi\u010dt\u011bj\u0161\u00ed bude \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed montovan\u00e9 na strop, kter\u00e9 zajist\u00ed optim\u00e1ln\u00ed vyu\u017eit\u00ed prostoru a minimalizuje struktur\u00e1ln\u00ed \u00fapravy. Toto rozhodnut\u00ed odr\u00e1\u017e\u00ed na\u0161i konstruk\u010dn\u00ed filozofii: p\u0159izp\u016fsobit je\u0159\u00e1b za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, ne naopak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Designov\u00e9 efekty:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nebyla nutn\u00e1 \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 stavebn\u00ed rekonstrukce, co\u017e u\u0161et\u0159ilo n\u00e1klady a celkov\u00e9 n\u00e1klady projektu se udr\u017eely na konkurenceschopn\u00e9 \u00farovni $4 178. Z\u00f3na vybaven\u00ed sice nab\u00edzela velkorysou podlahovou plochu a nevy\u017eadovala slo\u017eitou flexibilitu uspo\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed, ale klient kladl velk\u00fd d\u016fraz na stabilitu p\u0159i zved\u00e1n\u00ed, maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u00fd\u0161ku h\u00e1ku a efektivn\u00ed vyu\u017eit\u00ed rozp\u011bt\u00ed je\u0159\u00e1bu pro um\u00edst\u011bn\u00ed velk\u00fdch procesn\u00edch jednotek a nadzemn\u00edch potrub\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Klient n\u00e1m na za\u010d\u00e1tku projektu poskytl podrobn\u00e9 CAD v\u00fdkresy, rozm\u011bry staveni\u0161t\u011b a data o rozlo\u017een\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. Na z\u00e1klad\u011b t\u011bchto podklad\u016f n\u00e1\u0161 technick\u00fd t\u00fdm rychle vyvinul \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed na m\u00edru, kter\u00e9 spl\u0148ovalo jak omezen\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, tak po\u017eadovan\u00fd nosn\u00fd v\u00fdkon. B\u011bhem pouh\u00fdch 15 dn\u016f jsme dokon\u010dili kompletn\u00ed p\u0159edb\u011b\u017en\u00fd n\u00e1vrh, v\u010detn\u011b anal\u00fdzy pr\u016fhybu hlavn\u00edho nosn\u00edku metodou kone\u010dn\u00fdch prvk\u016f ANSYS, abychom zajistili spolehliv\u00fd v\u00fdkon konstrukce p\u0159i zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Parametry je\u0159\u00e1bu:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fin\u00e1ln\u00ed je\u0159\u00e1bov\u00fd syst\u00e9m m\u00e1 v\u00fd\u0161ku zdvihu 6,9 metru a je vybaven zdvihac\u00edm motorem o v\u00fdkonu 7,5 kW, ocelov\u00fdm lanem o pr\u016fm\u011bru 15 mm a rychlost\u00ed pojezdu 20 m\/min \u2013 optimalizovan\u00e1 kombinace pro stabiln\u00ed a efektivn\u00ed provoz. Konstrukce s horn\u00edm nosn\u00edkem umo\u017e\u0148uje kladkostroji pohybovat se pod\u00e9l horn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edruby hlavn\u00edho nosn\u00edku, co\u017e poskytuje lep\u0161\u00ed v\u00fd\u0161ku h\u00e1ku ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed se syst\u00e9my s podvozkem. To bylo nezbytn\u00e9 pro pohyb nad konstrukcemi za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed s minim\u00e1ln\u00edm ru\u0161en\u00edm a z\u00e1rove\u0148 pro zachov\u00e1n\u00ed pln\u00e9 provozn\u00ed v\u00fd\u0161ky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Z\u00e1klady designu:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm podrobn\u00e9 anal\u00fdzy vertik\u00e1ln\u00edho prostoru a zdvihac\u00edch drah budovy na\u0161i in\u017een\u00fd\u0159i identifikovali horn\u00ed mostov\u00fd je\u0159\u00e1b, tedy konstrukci s v\u00fdsuvn\u00fdm nosn\u00edkem, kter\u00e1 by zlep\u0161ila tuhost a pr\u016fchodnost. Vyu\u017eit\u00edm nosn\u00e9 konstrukce tov\u00e1rny dosahuje konstrukce vysok\u00e9 v\u00fd\u0161ky zdvihu a zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 tuhosti syst\u00e9mu, \u010d\u00edm\u017e se zabr\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017ek\u00e1m zp\u016fsoben\u00fdm pozemn\u00ed infrastrukturou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Designov\u00e9 efekty:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pln\u00e9 vyu\u017eit\u00ed vertik\u00e1ln\u00edho prostoru, stabiln\u00ed zved\u00e1n\u00ed a spolehliv\u00fd v\u00fdkon. Tento p\u0159\u00edpad ukazuje, jak n\u00e1\u0161 technick\u00fd t\u00fdm dod\u00e1v\u00e1 nejen standardn\u00ed vybaven\u00ed, ale kompletn\u00ed technick\u00e1 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed, kter\u00e1 reaguj\u00ed na re\u00e1ln\u00e9 pot\u0159eby ka\u017ed\u00e9ho z\u00e1kazn\u00edka.
