V d\u00edln\u00e1ch s omezenou svislou v\u00fd\u0161kou m\u016f\u017ee i mal\u00fd rozd\u00edl ve v\u00fd\u0161ce h\u00e1ku p\u0159\u00edmo ovlivnit instalaci za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, manipulaci s formou a efektivitu stohov\u00e1n\u00ed materi\u00e1lu. A\u010dkoli oba je\u0159\u00e1by dosahuj\u00ed stejn\u00e9 nosnosti a rozp\u011bt\u00ed, jejich konstruk\u010dn\u00ed filozofie, konstruk\u010dn\u00ed konfigurace a zdvihac\u00ed syst\u00e9my se z\u00e1sadn\u011b li\u0161\u00ed. Ob\u011b mo\u017enosti spl\u0148ovaly po\u017eadovanou nosnost 10 tun a rozp\u011bt\u00ed 16,5 metru. Vzhledem k r\u016fzn\u00fdm konfigurac\u00edm instalace kladkostroj\u016f v\u0161ak nebyla dosa\u017eiteln\u00e1 v\u00fd\u0161ka zdvihu uvnit\u0159 d\u00edlny stejn\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In\u017een\u00fdrsk\u00e9 v\u00fdpo\u010dty a anal\u00fdza rozvr\u017een\u00ed v CAD uk\u00e1zaly, \u017ee mostov\u00fd je\u0159\u00e1b HD dok\u00e1\u017ee pod h\u00e1kem dos\u00e1hnout o 0,62 metru v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed v\u00fd\u0161ky zdvihu ne\u017e mostov\u00fd je\u0159\u00e1b LD. Tohoto zlep\u0161en\u00ed bylo dosa\u017eeno bez jak\u00e9koli \u00fapravy konstrukce budovy, ale jednodu\u0161e d\u00edky kompaktn\u00ed konstrukci bo\u010dn\u00edho zved\u00e1ku pou\u017eit\u00e9mu u je\u0159\u00e1bu HD. V praktick\u00fdch d\u00edlensk\u00fdch operac\u00edch m\u016f\u017ee i mal\u00e9 zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed v\u00fd\u0161ky h\u00e1ku zlep\u0161it provozn\u00ed flexibilitu p\u0159i \u00fakolech, jako je instalace forem, mont\u00e1\u017e za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, stohov\u00e1n\u00ed materi\u00e1lu a \u00fadr\u017eb\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9 operace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Z hlediska n\u00e1klad\u016f bylo standardn\u00ed \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed mostov\u00e9ho je\u0159\u00e1bu LD nab\u00edzeno na 5 260 USD, zat\u00edmco mostov\u00fd je\u0159\u00e1b HD byl ocen\u011bn na 5 674 USD \u2013 rozd\u00edl je pouh\u00fdch 414 USD (p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 7,91 TP1T). Vzhledem k dodate\u010dn\u00fdm 0,62 metru z\u00edskan\u00e9 v\u00fd\u0161ky zdvihu v r\u00e1mci stejn\u00e9 budovy p\u0159edstavuje tento mal\u00fd cenov\u00fd rozd\u00edl \u010dasto praktick\u00fd kompromis u projekt\u016f s omezen\u00fdm vertik\u00e1ln\u00edm prostorem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tento p\u0159\u00edklad je uveden pouze pro informaci. Skute\u010dn\u00e9 ceny je\u0159\u00e1b\u016f se mohou li\u0161it v z\u00e1vislosti na nosnosti, rozp\u011bt\u00ed, v\u00fd\u0161ce zdvihu, t\u0159\u00edd\u011b zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed a specifikac\u00edch projektu.
