Z\u00e1kladn\u00ed konfigurace je\u0159\u00e1b\u016f v z\u00e1vodech na energetick\u00e9 vyu\u017eit\u00ed odpadu<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Rozsah z\u00e1vod\u016f na energetick\u00e9 vyu\u017eit\u00ed odpadu se v\u00fdrazn\u011b li\u0161\u00ed, od mal\u00fdch z\u00e1vod\u016f s jednou linkou zpracov\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed 300\u2013500 tun za den (t\/d) po velk\u00e9 z\u00e1vody se 4\u20136 linkami zpracov\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edmi 750\u2013850 t\/den na linku. Tabulka 1 shrnuje konfigurace a nastaven\u00ed je\u0159\u00e1b\u016f ve st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edch projektech. \u00dadaje o nadmo\u0159sk\u00e9 v\u00fd\u0161ce se vztahuj\u00ed k nadmo\u0159sk\u00e9 Instaluje se nad odpadn\u00ed j\u00edmkou, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e nejni\u017e\u0161\u00ed bod drap\u00e1ku je vzd\u00e1len minim\u00e1ln\u011b 2 metry od \u00farovn\u011b n\u00e1sypky odpadu. Ovl\u00e1dac\u00ed m\u00edstnost je\u0159\u00e1bu na odpadky je um\u00edst\u011bna bu\u010f naproti, nebo po stran\u011b z\u00e1sobn\u00edku odpadu. Popel\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fd je\u0159\u00e1b a spalovna mus\u00ed pracovat sou\u010dasn\u011b, aby byl zaji\u0161t\u011bn bezpe\u010dn\u00fd a stabiln\u00ed provoz spalovny; jinak to naru\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00edvod do spalovny, co\u017e m\u016f\u017ee zp\u016fsobit odstaven\u00ed cel\u00e9ho za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. Je\u0159\u00e1b na likvidaci odpadu je proto z\u00e1kladn\u00edm za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edm ve spalovn\u011b a vy\u017eaduje extr\u00e9mn\u011b vysokou p\u0159esnost, stabilitu a spolehlivost. Jeho provozn\u00ed t\u0159\u00edda mus\u00ed spl\u0148ovat standardy A8 a m\u011bla by b\u00fdt konfigurov\u00e1na s jednou aktivn\u00ed a jednou pohotovostn\u00ed jednotkou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nav\u00edc s ohledem na drsn\u00e9 prost\u0159ed\u00ed (nap\u0159. vlhk\u00e9, kysel\u00e9, obsahuj\u00edc\u00ed \u0161kodliv\u00e9 plyny, jako je CH<sub>4<\/sub> a H<sub>2<\/sub>S), je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 pou\u017e\u00edvat vyzr\u00e1l\u00e9 a stabiln\u00ed komponenty pro drap\u00e1k, hydraulick\u00e9 syst\u00e9my a elektrick\u00e9 komponenty. Na z\u00e1klad\u011b dlouholet\u00fdch provozn\u00edch zku\u0161enost\u00ed nen\u00ed koncentrace ho\u0159lav\u00fdch a v\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00fdch plyn\u016f v oblasti provozu je\u0159\u00e1bu pro manipulaci s odpady obecn\u011b vysok\u00e1 a ve v\u011bt\u0161in\u011b p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f nen\u00ed vy\u017eadov\u00e1no nastaven\u00ed v nev\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00e9m proveden\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(2) Je\u0159\u00e1b na chyt\u00e1n\u00ed popela<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Funkc\u00ed lapa\u010de popela je p\u0159emis\u0165ovat strusku vypou\u0161t\u011bnou ze spalovny do dopravn\u00edch prost\u0159edk\u016f. Ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s je\u0159\u00e1bem na popel jsou po\u017eadavky na v\u00fdkon je\u0159\u00e1bu na popel relativn\u011b ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed, proto\u017ee nemus\u00ed pracovat v synchronizaci se spalovnou. Vzhledem k omezen\u00e9mu objemu struskov\u00e9 j\u00e1my je po\u017eadov\u00e1no, aby maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed doba pro vy\u0159e\u0161en\u00ed jak\u00e9koli z\u00e1vady ve struskov\u00e9 j\u00e1m\u011b nep\u0159es\u00e1hla jeden den. Vel\u00edn je\u0159\u00e1bu pro j\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed popela b\u00fdv\u00e1 um\u00edst\u011bn na boku nebo na konci \u0161kv\u00e1rov\u00e9 j\u00e1my a n\u011bkter\u00e9 spalovny vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed k provozu d\u00e1lkov\u00e9 ovl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u0159\u00edda zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed je\u0159\u00e1bu na popel je obecn\u011b ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e t\u0159\u00edda pou\u017eit\u00ed je\u0159\u00e1bu na popel, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e A6 je dosta\u010duj\u00edc\u00ed. Je v\u0161ak t\u0159eba vz\u00edt v \u00favahu tak\u00e9 skute\u010dnou konfiguraci jednotky a z\u00e1sobn\u00edku strusky. Obecn\u011b plat\u00ed, \u017ee spalovny s v\u00edce ne\u017e dv\u011bma spalovac\u00edmi linkami by m\u011bly pou\u017e\u00edvat provozn\u00ed t\u0159\u00eddu A7 nebo A8. Na z\u00e1klad\u011b nashrom\u00e1\u017ed\u011bn\u00fdch zku\u0161enost\u00ed se pro jednotky na p\u0159em\u011bnu odpadu na energii s kapacitou ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e 30 MW a m\u00e9n\u011b ne\u017e 3 jednotky obecn\u011b vol\u00ed jeden turb\u00ednov\u00fd je\u0159\u00e1b. Je-li po\u010det jednotek roven nebo v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e 3, m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt vhodn\u00e9 zvolit dva turb\u00ednov\u00e9 je\u0159\u00e1by (jeden velk\u00fd a jeden mal\u00fd).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(3) Nosnost ostatn\u00edch je\u0159\u00e1b\u016f pro \u00fadr\u017ebu (polo\u017eky 4\u201315 v tabulce 1) z\u00e1vis\u00ed na maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed hmotnosti servisovan\u00e9ho za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. Faktory zva\u017eovan\u00e9 p\u0159i ur\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed pot\u0159eby zved\u00e1ku se li\u0161\u00ed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed hmotnost ventil\u00e1toru prim\u00e1rn\u00edho vzduchu a ventil\u00e1toru s indukovan\u00fdm tahem \u00fazce souvis\u00ed s kapacitou zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed ka\u017ed\u00e9 pece. Je to proto, \u017ee spalovna a ventil\u00e1tor funguj\u00ed na principu jedna ku jedn\u00e9 \u2013 \u010d\u00edm v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed je zpracovatelsk\u00e1 kapacita jedn\u00e9 spalovny, t\u00edm v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed jsou po\u017eadavky na vzduch a v\u00fdfuk, co\u017e zase zvy\u0161uje velikost a hmotnost ventil\u00e1torov\u00e9ho za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. Na z\u00e1klad\u011b zku\u0161enost\u00ed z in\u017een\u00fdrsk\u00e9ho projektu se doporu\u010duje instalovat \u00fadr\u017ebov\u00e9 kladkostroje pro prim\u00e1rn\u00ed a sac\u00ed ventil\u00e1tory spojen\u00e9 se spalovnami zpracov\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edmi v\u00edce ne\u017e 600 t\/d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pot\u0159eba \u00fadr\u017ebov\u00fdch kladkostroj\u016f pro nap\u00e1jec\u00ed \u010derpadla a kompresory p\u0159\u00edmo nesouvis\u00ed s kapacitou zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed.
