slagge fra metroen er en specialiseret l\u00f8fteanordning, der anvendes i metrobyggeriprojekter. Den er prim\u00e6rt designet til h\u00e5ndtering af udgravet slagge produceret af skjoldtunnelboremaskiner, samt til l\u00f8ft og installation af tunnelforingssegmenter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sammenlignet med en konventionel portalkran er Metro Slag Handling-portalkranen udstyret med et ekstra slaggev\u00e6ltningssystem, hvilket er den vigtigste funktionelle forskel. Hovedform\u00e5let med dette system er at tippe og afl\u00e6sse slaggespanden effektivt og sikkert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u00f8ftemekanismen anvender en l\u00f8ftebj\u00e6lke som l\u00f8fteanordning. En frit roterende central krog er anbragt midt p\u00e5 l\u00f8ftebj\u00e6lken, hvilket g\u00f8r det muligt for kranen at h\u00e5ndtere tunnelsegmenter og andre byggematerialer efter behov. En slaggev\u00e6ltningsmekanisme er installeret p\u00e5 l\u00f8bekatten, best\u00e5ende af en drivanordning og en v\u00e6ltekrog.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f8r slaggeskovlen l\u00f8ftes, aktiverer operat\u00f8ren v\u00e6ltemekanismen, og drivanordningen bev\u00e6ger v\u00e6ltekrogen bagud til en bestemt position. Slaggeskovlen hejses derefter til en position over v\u00e6ltekrogen. Derefter k\u00f8rer operat\u00f8ren v\u00e6ltekrogen fremad under skovlen, og skovlen s\u00e6nkes. De excentriske v\u00e6lteaksler p\u00e5 begge sider af skovlen hviler p\u00e5 v\u00e6ltekrogen.
