ein Spezialhebeger\u00e4t, das bei U-Bahn-Bauprojekten eingesetzt wird. Er ist prim\u00e4r f\u00fcr den Umschlag von Aushubschlacke aus Schildvortriebsmaschinen sowie f\u00fcr das Heben und Installieren von Tunnelauskleidungssegmenten konzipiert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Im Vergleich zu einem herk\u00f6mmlichen Portalkran ist der Metro-Schlackeumschlag-Portalkran mit einem zus\u00e4tzlichen Schlackenkippsystem ausgestattet, was den wesentlichen funktionalen Unterschied darstellt. Hauptzweck dieses Systems ist das effiziente und sichere Kippen und Entleeren des Schlackenbeh\u00e4lters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Hebemechanismus verwendet einen Hebebalken als Hebevorrichtung. Ein frei drehbarer Zentralhaken ist mittig am Hebebalken angeordnet und erm\u00f6glicht es dem Kran, bei Bedarf Tunnelsegmente und andere Baumaterialien zu handhaben. Am Fahrwerk ist ein Schlackenkippmechanismus installiert, der aus einem Antrieb und einem Kipphaken besteht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vor dem Anheben des Schlackenk\u00fcbels bet\u00e4tigt der Bediener den Kippmechanismus. Die Antriebsvorrichtung bewegt den Kipphaken daraufhin in eine vorgegebene Position zur\u00fcck. Der Schlackenk\u00fcbel wird anschlie\u00dfend \u00fcber den Kipphaken gehoben. Danach f\u00e4hrt der Bediener den Kipphaken unter den K\u00fcbel nach vorn, und der K\u00fcbel wird abgesenkt. Die exzentrischen Kippwellen an beiden Seiten des K\u00fcbels ruhen auf dem Kipphaken.
