Produkteinf\u00fchrung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Nylon-Kranrollen vereinen geringes Gewicht, au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnliche Verschlei\u00dffestigkeit und hohe Sicherheitsstandards. Dank sorgf\u00e4ltig entwickelter Montageverfahren und eines vollst\u00e4ndig ma\u00dfkompatiblen Systems eignen sie sich ideal f\u00fcr eine Vielzahl von Hebezeugen. Der Einsatz von MC-Nylon als Material f\u00fcr Kranrollen verl\u00e4ngert deren Lebensdauer um das Vier- bis F\u00fcnffache und die der Stahlseile um etwa das Zehnfache. Dadurch werden sowohl die Hebeeigenschaften als auch die Gesamtleistung des Krans deutlich verbessert. Der Reibungskoeffizient von MC-Nylon ist 8,8-mal niedriger als der von Stahl und 8,3-mal niedriger als der von Kupfer, w\u00e4hrend die Dichte nur ein Siebtel der von Stahl betr\u00e4gt. Dank eines einfachen Herstellungsverfahrens und vergleichsweise niedriger Produktionskosten k\u00f6nnen Anwender zudem Kosten effektiv senken, die Lebensdauer von Ausr\u00fcstung und Komponenten verl\u00e4ngern und erhebliche wirtschaftliche Vorteile erzielen. MC-Nylon-Produkte haben sich daher als ideale Alternative zu Kupfer, Edelstahl, Aluminiumlegierungen und PTFE etabliert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vorteile von Nylon-Kranrollen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Extrem leicht und einfach zu installieren<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Nylonmaterial reduziert das Gewicht erheblich; mit einer Dichte von ca. 1,15\u20131,16 g\/cm\u00b3 wiegt es nur ein Siebtel von Metall (Stahl). Dadurch sind Nylon-Kranrollen extrem leicht, was die Montage und Handhabung vereinfacht und gleichzeitig das Gesamtgewicht der Anlage reduziert. Die Gewichtsreduzierung der Komponenten senkt zudem die Systembelastung und verbessert somit die Betriebs- und Arbeitseffizienz des Krans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ausgezeichnete Verschlei\u00dffestigkeit und selbstschmierende Eigenschaften<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Verschlei\u00dffestigkeit von MC-Nylon ist achtmal so hoch wie die von Kohlenstoffstahl und mehr als zehnmal so hoch wie die von Kupfer. Dank des niedrigen Reibungskoeffizienten und der selbstschmierenden Eigenschaften von Nylon-Kranrollen laufen diese auch mit minimaler oder gar keiner externen Schmierung reibungslos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ausgezeichnete chemische Stabilit\u00e4t<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nylon-Kranrollen weisen eine ausgezeichnete Best\u00e4ndigkeit gegen\u00fcber g\u00e4ngigen L\u00f6sungsmitteln wie Benzin, Kerosin, Schmier\u00f6len, Alkoholen, Ethern und Ketonen auf. Sie sind besonders best\u00e4ndig gegen\u00fcber starken Laugen, zeigen jedoch eine begrenzte Best\u00e4ndigkeit gegen\u00fcber starken S\u00e4uren wie konzentrierter Schwefels\u00e4ure und konzentrierter Salpeters\u00e4ure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Drahtseilschutz<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Im Vergleich zu Stahlrollen minimieren Nylon-Kranrollen den Verschlei\u00df des Drahtseils, verl\u00e4ngern dessen Lebensdauer um bis zu das Achtfache und reduzieren dadurch die Kosten f\u00fcr den Austausch von Verschlei\u00dfteilen erheblich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sicher und funkenfrei<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Betrieb von Kranscheiben aus Nylon erzeugt keine durch Reibung hervorgerufenen Funken, wodurch die Sicherheit in explosionsgef\u00e4hrdeten Bereichen wie Chemieanlagen und Bergwerken erheblich erh\u00f6ht wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tieftemperaturbest\u00e4ndigkeit<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sie gew\u00e4hrleisten auch bei niedrigen Temperaturen eine zuverl\u00e4ssige Leistung und eignen sich daher f\u00fcr den Einsatz in verschiedenen Klimazonen.
