La capacit\u00e9 de ces grues utilis\u00e9es dans les chantiers navals en mode portique est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de plusieurs centaines de tonnes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les portiques de chantier naval disposent de machines de levage doubles et sont des grues gigantesques qui se r\u00e9v\u00e8lent de la plus grande distance dans la zone du chantier naval.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le portique de chantier est un portique de grande taille utilis\u00e9 pour le levage de grandes pi\u00e8ces soud\u00e9es comme par exemple dans les chantiers navals. Il s&#39;agit d&#39;un pont roulant en forme de portique form\u00e9 d&#39;un pont horizontal pos\u00e9 sur deux pieds. Son levage, son fonctionnement en chariot et son cadre de pont sont identiques \u00e0 ceux d&#39;un pont roulant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le poids de levage nominal est d&#39;au moins 100 t ou plus, jusqu&#39;\u00e0 2 500 t ; la port\u00e9e est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 40 m, jusqu&#39;\u00e0 environ 230 m ; la hauteur du couvercle inf\u00e9rieur de la poutre principale \u00e0 partir du sol est comprise entre 40 m et 100 m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Avantage<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Il dispose d&#39;une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de fonctions telles que la suspension simple, le levage, le retournement a\u00e9rien et la micro-rotation horizontale dans l&#39;air.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le cadre de porte est dot\u00e9 de deux types de poutres principales simples et doubles parmi lesquels les utilisateurs peuvent choisir. Afin d&#39;utiliser raisonnablement les mat\u00e9riaux, la poutre principale adopte une conception optimis\u00e9e \u00e0 section transversale variable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les pieds rigides du portique sont disponibles en formes \u00e0 colonne simple et \u00e0 double colonne pour que les utilisateurs puissent choisir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les chariots sup\u00e9rieur et inf\u00e9rieur sont \u00e9quip\u00e9s de doubles crochets principaux, qui sont plac\u00e9s sur les deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s ext\u00e9rieurs de la poutre principale, mais peuvent \u00eatre d\u00e9plac\u00e9s lat\u00e9ralement de 0 \u00e0 20 m individuellement ou en m\u00eame temps.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les chariots sup\u00e9rieur et inf\u00e9rieur sont \u00e9quip\u00e9s de crochets principaux et auxiliaires, qui sont plac\u00e9s sous le centre de la poutre principale.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les voitures sup\u00e9rieures et inf\u00e9rieures peuvent se croiser pour aller travailler.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tous les m\u00e9canismes de levage et de fonctionnement adoptent une conversion de fr\u00e9quence et une r\u00e9gulation de vitesse.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Du c\u00f4t\u00e9 du stabilisateur rigide, il y a un portique de levage\/grue en porte-\u00e0-faux sur la surface sup\u00e9rieure de la poutre principale pour la r\u00e9paration de la grue afin de terminer les op\u00e9rations de maintenance des chariots sup\u00e9rieurs et inf\u00e9rieurs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afin de faciliter l&#39;embarquement des conducteurs et du personnel de maintenance dans l&#39;avion, un ascenseur d&#39;embarquement est int\u00e9gr\u00e9 dans les jambes rigides.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afin de pr\u00e9venir les attaques de temp\u00eates, il est \u00e9quip\u00e9 de serre-rails s\u00fbrs et fiables, d&#39;ancrages au sol, de
