la norme DIN 536. Commun\u00e9ment appel\u00e9s rails \u00ab\u00a0DIN\u00a0\u00bb, ils sont pr\u00e9sents dans le monde entier et sont, en termes de volume, les rails de grue les plus utilis\u00e9s au monde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les rails DIN sont disponibles dans une gamme de dimensions, de A45 (22,1 kg\/m) \u00e0 A150 (150,3 kg\/m), et r\u00e9pondent aux exigences de la plupart des syst\u00e8mes de rails de grue. Contrairement \u00e0 de nombreux autres rails, la nomenclature des rails DIN d\u00e9crit la largeur de la t\u00eate et non son poids (par exemple, le mod\u00e8le A45 a une t\u00eate de 45 mm de large).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chaque profil\u00e9 de rail DIN se caract\u00e9rise par un centre de gravit\u00e9 bas, une t\u00eate relativement large et robuste, ainsi qu&#39;une \u00e2me et une base tr\u00e8s larges. Con\u00e7us pour \u00eatre install\u00e9s sur des poutres ou des fondations offrant un support continu, leur faible hauteur est un atout pour les installations o\u00f9 la hauteur libre est importante. Leur largeur et leur forme compacte garantissent une stabilit\u00e9 optimale, id\u00e9ale pour les applications de grues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La norme DIN 536 d\u00e9finit deux nuances d&#39;acier\u00a0: l&#39;une pr\u00e9sentant une r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la traction sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 690\u00a0MPa et l&#39;autre sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 880\u00a0MPa. Au fil du temps, les usines ont adopt\u00e9 un jargon diff\u00e9rent pour d\u00e9signer ces nuances. ArcelorMittal, fournisseur de rails DIN de Wirth Rail, utilise les appellations 70\u00a0kg et 90\u00a0kg. (\u00c0 noter\u00a0: 880\u00a0MPa = 880\u00a0N\/mm\u00b2 \u02dc (90\u00a0kg x constante de pesanteur 9,81\u00a0m\/s\u00b2)\/mm\u00b2).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deux nuances suppl\u00e9mentaires sont disponibles en Europe, mais ne sont pas d\u00e9crites dans la norme DIN 536.
