scories pour m\u00e9tro est un appareil de levage sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 utilis\u00e9 dans les projets de construction de m\u00e9tro. Il est principalement con\u00e7u pour la manutention des scories excav\u00e9es produites par les tunneliers \u00e0 bouclier, ainsi que pour le levage et la pose des voussoirs de rev\u00eatement de tunnel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Compar\u00e9 \u00e0 un portique conventionnel, le portique de manutention de scories Metro est \u00e9quip\u00e9 d&#39;un syst\u00e8me de basculement des scories, ce qui constitue sa principale diff\u00e9rence fonctionnelle. Ce syst\u00e8me a pour but principal de basculer et de vider le godet de scories de mani\u00e8re efficace et s\u00fbre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le m\u00e9canisme de levage utilise une poutre de levage. Un crochet central \u00e0 rotation libre est dispos\u00e9 au milieu de cette poutre, permettant \u00e0 la grue de manipuler des voussoirs de tunnel et autres mat\u00e9riaux de construction. Un m\u00e9canisme de retournement des scories, compos\u00e9 d&#39;un dispositif d&#39;entra\u00eenement et d&#39;un crochet de retournement, est install\u00e9 sur le chariot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avant de soulever le godet \u00e0 scories, l&#39;op\u00e9rateur actionne le m\u00e9canisme de basculement, ce qui d\u00e9place le crochet de basculement vers l&#39;arri\u00e8re jusqu&#39;\u00e0 une position pr\u00e9d\u00e9finie. Le godet est alors hiss\u00e9 au-dessus du crochet. L&#39;op\u00e9rateur pousse ensuite le crochet vers l&#39;avant, sous le godet, et ce dernier est abaiss\u00e9. Les arbres de basculement excentr\u00e9s, situ\u00e9s de part et d&#39;autre du godet, reposent sur le crochet.
