moul\u00e9es<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le moulage des poulies de grue est un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 qui consiste \u00e0 fondre le m\u00e9tal en un m\u00e9tal liquide r\u00e9pondant \u00e0 des exigences sp\u00e9cifiques, puis \u00e0 le couler dans un moule. Apr\u00e8s refroidissement, solidification et nettoyage, les poulies de grue moul\u00e9es pr\u00e9sentent la forme, les dimensions et les performances pr\u00e9d\u00e9termin\u00e9es. Les \u00e9bauches de poulies moul\u00e9es \u00e9tant quasiment enti\u00e8rement form\u00e9es, un usinage simple ou \u00e0 petite \u00e9chelle suffit, ce qui permet de r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts et les d\u00e9lais de production. Cette m\u00e9thode offre ainsi des co\u00fbts de production faibles et une efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9e. Le moulage est la m\u00e9thode de production id\u00e9ale pour les poulies de grue moul\u00e9es de grande taille, de forme irr\u00e9guli\u00e8re et de structure complexe.
