pendek dikembangkan di Eropa dan dijelaskan oleh Standar DIN 536. Umumnya disebut sebagai rel &quot;DIN&quot;, rel ini ditemukan di seluruh dunia dan, berdasarkan volume, merupakan rel derek yang paling banyak digunakan di dunia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rel DIN tersedia dalam berbagai ukuran, dari A45 (22,1 kg\/m) hingga A150 (150,3 kg\/m), dan dapat memenuhi persyaratan sebagian besar sistem rel derek. Tidak seperti nama-nama rel lainnya, nomenklatur untuk rel DIN menggambarkan lebar kepala dan bukan beratnya (misalnya, A45 memiliki kepala selebar 45 mm).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Setiap profil rel DIN dicirikan oleh pusat gravitasi yang rendah, kepala yang relatif lebar dan kokoh, serta rangka dan alas yang sangat lebar. Dirancang untuk dipasang pada balok atau fondasi yang memberikan dukungan berkelanjutan, ketinggiannya yang rendah dapat menjadi keuntungan untuk pemasangan di mana jarak bebas di atas kepala penting. Lebar dan bentuknya yang kotak sangat stabil, ideal untuk aplikasi derek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Standar DIN 536 mendefinisikan dua jenis baja: satu dengan kekuatan tarik lebih dari 690 MPa dan satu lagi lebih dari 880 MPa. Seiring berjalannya waktu, pabrik yang berbeda mulai menggunakan istilah yang berbeda untuk merepresentasikan jenis baja ini. Pemasok rel DIN Wirth Rail, ArcelorMittal, menggunakan nama 70 kg &amp; 90 kg. (dengan catatan: 880 MPa = 880 N\/mm2 \u02dc (90 kg x konstanta gravitasi 9,81 m\/s2 )\/mm2).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dua mutu tambahan ditemukan di Eropa tetapi tidak dijelaskan dalam spesifikasi DIN 536. Baja tersebut dicampur dengan Kromium dan Vanadium untuk mencapai kekuatan tarik lebih dari 1080 MPa. ArcelorMittal menyebutnya dengan nama 110 CrV dan R340 dalam literaturnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rel derek berat Eropa tersedia dalam panjang standar 9, 10, 12, 15, dan 18 meter (\u2248 30, 33, 39, 49, dan 59 kaki). Panjang lainnya dapat disediakan berdasarkan permintaan khusus. Bentuk rel yang kekar ini membuat pengeboran menjadi tidak praktis. Ujung dengan hasil akhir persegi merupakan standar dengan potongan Mitre juga tersedia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Semua rel Crane diproduksi dan diuji dengan standar kualitas metalurgi yang ketat. Rel ini ditawarkan dalam berbagai tingkatan yang meningkatkan kemampuan menahan beban rel sekaligus mengurangi tingkat keausan selama penggunaan.
