scheepsbouwkranen genoemd. Het verschil met <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hndfcrane.com\/nl\/rail-mounted-container-gantry-cranes\/\">op rails gemonteerde containerportaalkranen<\/a> verschijnt over het algemeen in de assemblage van schepen op scheepswerven. Rail-mounted gantry crane voor scheepswerf met spoor. De capaciteit van deze kranen die op scheepswerven worden gebruikt in de gantry crane-modus is meestal enkele honderden tonnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Werfportaalkranen hebben een dubbele hijsinrichting en zijn gigantische kranen die zich op de grootste afstand van het werfterrein laten zien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De scheepswerf portaalkranen lopen op de grondbaan en zijn grote portaalkranen die worden gebruikt voor het hijsen van grote gelaste onderdelen zoals scheepswerven. Het is een brugkraan in de vorm van een portaal dat wordt gevormd door een horizontale brug die op twee poten is geplaatst. Het heffen, de trolleybediening en het brugframe zijn hetzelfde als die van een bovenloopkraan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Het nominale hefgewicht bedraagt minimaal 100 ton of meer, tot maximaal 2500 ton; de overspanning is over het algemeen groter dan 40 m, tot ongeveer 230 m; de hoogte van de onderste afdekking van de hoofdligger vanaf de grond bedraagt tussen 40 m en 100 m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Voordeel<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Het heeft een verscheidenheid aan functies, zoals enkelvoudig ophangen, tillen, in de lucht flippen en horizontale microrotatie in de lucht.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Het deurkozijn heeft twee typen enkele hoofdbalk en dubbele hoofdbalk waaruit gebruikers kunnen kiezen. Om redelijk gebruik te maken van materialen, neemt de hoofdbalk een geoptimaliseerd ontwerp met variabele doorsnede aan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>De stijve poten van de portaal zijn leverbaar in een enkele of dubbele kolomvorm, waaruit gebruikers kunnen kiezen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>De boven- en onderwagen zijn voorzien van dubbele hoofdhaken, die aan de twee buitenzijden van de hoofdligger zijn geplaatst, maar afzonderlijk of gelijktijdig 0-20m zijwaarts kunnen worden verplaatst.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>De boven- en onderloopkatten zijn voorzien van hoofd- en hulphaken, die onder het midden van de hoofdbalk zijn geplaatst.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>De bovenste en onderste wagons kunnen elkaar kruisen om te werken.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alle hefmechanismen en bedieningsmechanismen maken gebruik van frequentieomzetting en snelheidsregeling.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aan de zijde van de stijve stempels bevindt zich een cantileverkraan\/hijsportaalkraan op het bovenoppervlak van de hoofdligger voor het repareren van de kraan om onderhoudswerkzaamheden aan de bovenste en onderste loopkatten te voltooien.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Om het voor chauffeurs en onderhoudspersoneel gemakkelijker te maken om aan boord te gaan, bevindt zich in de vaste poten een instaplift.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Om stormaanvallen te voorkomen, is het uitgerust met veilige en betrouwbare railklemmen, grondankers, ankerkettingen en andere windbestendige
