slakken in metro&#39;s is een gespecialiseerd hijsapparaat dat wordt gebruikt bij de aanleg van metro&#39;s. Het is voornamelijk ontworpen voor het verwerken van uitgegraven slakken die vrijkomen bij tunnelboormachines, en voor het hijsen en installeren van tunnelbekledingssegmenten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vergeleken met een conventionele portaalkraan is de Metro Slag Handling portaalkraan uitgerust met een extra slakkenkantelsysteem, wat het belangrijkste functionele verschil is. Het voornaamste doel van dit systeem is het effici\u00ebnt en veilig kantelen en lossen van de slakkenbak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Het hijsmechanisme maakt gebruik van een hijsbalk als hijsinrichting. In het midden van de hijsbalk is een vrij draaiende centrale haak aangebracht, waardoor de kraan indien nodig tunnelsegmenten en ander bouwmateriaal kan hanteren. Op de trolley is een kantelmechanisme gemonteerd, bestaande uit een aandrijfmechanisme en een kantelhaak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Voordat de slakkenbak wordt opgetild, activeert de operator het kantelmechanisme. Het aandrijfmechanisme beweegt de kantelhaak naar achteren, naar een bepaalde positie. De slakkenbak wordt vervolgens omhoog gehesen tot boven de kantelhaak. Daarna duwt de operator de kantelhaak naar voren, onder de bak, waarna de bak wordt neergelaten. De excentrische kantelassen aan beide zijden van de bak rusten op de kantelhaak.
