kraanhaakblokken<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Belangrijkste structurele en ontwerpkenmerken: <\/strong>Europese kraanhaakblokken onderscheiden zich door hun zeer effici\u00ebnte constructie. In tegenstelling tot traditionele constructies zijn de beweegbare schijven gelijkmatig verdeeld over twee parallelle assen, waarbij het aantal beweegbare schijven twee groter is dan het aantal vaste schijven. De haak is tussen deze twee schijven geplaatst en is verbonden met de haakdwarsbalk onder de hartlijn van de zijplaten. Deze ruimtebesparende lay-out resulteert in een compact en lichtgewicht ontwerp dat een even aantal kabelstrengen gebruikt voor het doorvoeren van de staalkabel. Uiteindelijk wegen deze units ongeveer half zoveel als conventionele constructies met hetzelfde tonnage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kerncomponentenoverzicht: <\/strong>De hijs- en beveiligingsblokken van een Europese kraan zijn vervaardigd uit een nauwkeurige reeks gespecialiseerde componenten. Deze omvatten beweegbare katrollen, afstandhouders, katrolassen, asborgplaten, haakjukken en kabelgeleiders. Het kernmechanisme voor het hijsen en beveiligen bestaat uit de haak zelf, een veiligheidspal, haakmoeren, borgplaten voor de haakmoeren, druklagers, haakdwarsbalken en borgplaten voor de dwarsbalken. De gehele constructie wordt stevig bij elkaar gehouden en beschermd door aseindkappen, borgkappen, borgringen, kabelgeleiders en verbindingsframes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Voordelen van Europese kraanhaakblokken<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Superieure redundantie van de belasting en extreme duurzaamheid:<\/strong> In tegenstelling tot het standaard DG20Mn-materiaal dat veel op de markt verkrijgbaar is, gebruiken wij DG34CrMo, een hoogwaardig gelegeerd staal. Deze materiaalupgrade resulteert in een aanzienlijk hogere vloeigrens en vermoeiingsweerstand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Aanzienlijke vermindering van energieverbruik en constructiebelasting:<\/strong> Het ontwerp in Europese stijl gaat verder dan louter compactheid; het vertegenwoordigt precisietechniek in de mechanica. Met een totaalgewicht van slechts 50%, dat van traditionele haakconstructies, bereikt het een indrukwekkende vermogen-gewichtsverhouding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Compacte parallelle lay-out met dubbele as:<\/strong> De beweegbare katrollen zijn op innovatieve wijze langs twee parallelle assen geplaatst, aangevuld met een ontwerp dat het zwaartepunt van de haakbalk verlaagt.
