slagg i metroen er en spesialisert l\u00f8fteinnretning som brukes i byggeprosjekter i metroen. Den er prim\u00e6rt designet for h\u00e5ndtering av utgravd slagg produsert av skjoldtunnelmaskiner, samt for l\u00f8fting og installasjon av tunnelforingssegmenter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sammenlignet med en konvensjonell portalkran er Metro Slag Handling-portalkranen utstyrt med et ekstra slaggveltesystem, som er den viktigste funksjonelle forskjellen. Hovedform\u00e5let med dette systemet er \u00e5 tippe og t\u00f8mme slaggb\u00f8tten effektivt og sikkert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u00f8ftemekanismen bruker en l\u00f8ftebjelke som l\u00f8fteinnretning. En fritt roterende sentral krok er anordnet midt p\u00e5 l\u00f8ftebjelken, slik at kranen kan h\u00e5ndtere tunnelsegmenter og andre byggematerialer ved behov. En slaggveltemekanisme er installert p\u00e5 l\u00f8pekatten, best\u00e5ende av en drivanordning og en veltekrok.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f8r slaggb\u00f8tta l\u00f8ftes, aktiverer operat\u00f8ren veltemekanismen, og drivenheten beveger veltekroken bakover til en angitt posisjon. Slaggb\u00f8tta heises deretter til en posisjon over veltekroken. Deretter kj\u00f8rer operat\u00f8ren veltekroken fremover under b\u00f8tta, og b\u00f8tta senkes. De eksentriske velteakslene p\u00e5 begge sider av b\u00f8tta hviler p\u00e5 veltekroken.
