de concha (tamb\u00e9m conhecido como guindaste de ponte rolante de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o) \u00e9 um dispositivo de eleva\u00e7\u00e3o especializado projetado para manuseio e transfer\u00eancia de metal fundido. \u00c9 usado principalmente para carregar conversores com metal quente, transportar conchas para fornos de refino e entregar conchas para a mesa rotativa de uma m\u00e1quina de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o cont\u00ednua, completando etapas importantes no processo de fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o de a\u00e7o. Constru\u00eddo para as condi\u00e7\u00f5es extremas de oficinas de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o, ele \u00e9 projetado para suportar altas temperaturas, poeira pesada e exposi\u00e7\u00e3o a metal fundido. O guindaste normalmente consiste em um carrinho principal, carrinho auxiliar, estrutura de ponte, mecanismos de deslocamento para o guindaste e o carrinho, um sistema de eleva\u00e7\u00e3o de gancho de p\u00f3rtico e um sistema de controle el\u00e9trico. Ele pode ser operado por meio de uma cabine ou controle remoto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A ponte rolante de concha \u00e9 adequada para ambientes de trabalho que variam de -10\u2103 a +60\u2103, com uma tarefa de trabalho t\u00edpica de A7 para atender \u00e0s demandas de alta frequ\u00eancia e carga pesada da ind\u00fastria metal\u00fargica.
