manuseio de esc\u00f3ria de metr\u00f4 \u00e9 um dispositivo de eleva\u00e7\u00e3o especializado usado em projetos de constru\u00e7\u00e3o de metr\u00f4. Ele \u00e9 projetado principalmente para manusear a esc\u00f3ria escavada produzida por m\u00e1quinas tuneladoras, bem como para i\u00e7ar e instalar segmentos de revestimento de t\u00faneis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com um guindaste p\u00f3rtico convencional, o Guindaste P\u00f3rtico para Manuseio de Esc\u00f3ria Metro \u00e9 equipado com um sistema adicional de tombamento de esc\u00f3ria, que \u00e9 a principal diferen\u00e7a funcional. O objetivo principal deste sistema \u00e9 bascular e descarregar a ca\u00e7amba de esc\u00f3ria de forma eficiente e segura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O mecanismo de i\u00e7amento utiliza uma viga de eleva\u00e7\u00e3o como dispositivo de eleva\u00e7\u00e3o. Um gancho central com rota\u00e7\u00e3o livre est\u00e1 localizado no meio da viga, permitindo que o guindaste manuseie segmentos de t\u00fanel e outros materiais de constru\u00e7\u00e3o quando necess\u00e1rio. Um mecanismo de tombamento de esc\u00f3ria est\u00e1 instalado no carro, consistindo em um dispositivo de acionamento e um gancho de tombamento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Antes de levantar a ca\u00e7amba de esc\u00f3ria, o operador aciona o mecanismo de tombamento, e o dispositivo de acionamento move o gancho de tombamento para tr\u00e1s at\u00e9 uma posi\u00e7\u00e3o designada. A ca\u00e7amba de esc\u00f3ria \u00e9 ent\u00e3o i\u00e7ada para uma posi\u00e7\u00e3o acima do gancho de tombamento.
