guindastes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A fundi\u00e7\u00e3o de polias para guindastes \u00e9 um processo no qual o metal \u00e9 fundido at\u00e9 atingir um estado l\u00edquido que atenda a determinados requisitos e, em seguida, vertido em um molde por meio do processo de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o. Ap\u00f3s o resfriamento, solidifica\u00e7\u00e3o e limpeza, as polias fundidas para guindastes adquirem a forma, o tamanho e o desempenho predeterminados. Como os blanks das polias fundidas para guindastes s\u00e3o quase totalmente formados, utiliza-se usinagem livre ou usinagem em pequena escala, reduzindo custos e tempo de produ\u00e7\u00e3o.
