Huvudsyftet med detta system \u00e4r att tippa och t\u00f6mma slaggskopan effektivt och s\u00e4kert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lyftmekanismen anv\u00e4nder en lyftbalk som lyftanordning. En fritt roterande central krok \u00e4r anordnad i mitten av lyftbalken, vilket g\u00f6r det m\u00f6jligt f\u00f6r kranen att hantera tunnelsegment och andra byggmaterial vid behov. En slaggv\u00e4ndningsmekanism \u00e4r installerad p\u00e5 vagnen, best\u00e5ende av en drivanordning och en v\u00e4ndningskrok.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Innan slaggskopan lyfts aktiverar operat\u00f6ren tippmekanismen, och drivanordningen flyttar tippkroken bak\u00e5t till en angiven position. Slaggskopan lyfts sedan till en position ovanf\u00f6r tippkroken. D\u00e4refter driver operat\u00f6ren tippkroken fram\u00e5t under skopan, och skopan s\u00e4nks. De excentriska tippaxlarna p\u00e5 b\u00e5da sidor om skopan vilar p\u00e5 tippkroken.
