- Suitable for Deep Shafts and Heavy Loads
The friction wheels do not need to accommodate rope storage, allowing their width to be significantly reduced. This makes the system better suited for deep shafts and heavy-load applications, meeting the demands of large mining depths and high lifting capacities. - Compact Size and Light Weight
Since multiple wire ropes jointly suspend the lifting container, the diameters of both the ropes and the friction wheels can be reduced. When lifting the same load, the equipment becomes smaller and lighter, saving materials and making manufacturing, installation, and transportation more convenient. - High Safety
The probability of multiple wire ropes breaking simultaneously is extremely low, eliminating the need for a rope-breaking safety catch on the lifting container. The system is highly reliable. In cases such as rope jamming or overwinding, the friction winch may slip, helping prevent rope-breaking accidents. - Reduced Friction and Wear
The torsion forces of multiple wire ropes counteract each other, reducing the lateral pressure of the lifting container on the shaftway. This lowers frictional resistance during movement and minimizes one-sided wear on the shaft guides. - Energy-Efficient and High Performance
With reduced moving mass, the required motor capacity and power consumption decrease accordingly, resulting in lower operating costs.
