At first, our client Mr. Akhmad only ask for one set of electric hoist, since all our product is custom-sized as per client’s requirement, so we need to confirm I-beam/H beam dimension, when we get their beam dimension, found that their existing beam is not enough strong to support 20t crane, so after two days communication, they decide to purchase 20t overhead crane also.
