- Compact Structure
Designed with an inline layout, the motor, reducer, brake, and drum are arranged along a straight axis. This makes the overall structure more compact and streamlined, facilitating installation and fastening—especially in workplaces with limited space. - High Transmission Efficiency
The winch typically uses a circulating gear set for transmission. Compared with traditional winches that use cast-iron gears, the 45-steel gears are precisely machined, offering higher transmission efficiency. The reduction mechanism is more compact and optimized, effectively improving the stability and reliability of power transmission. - Reliable Braking
Equipped with an electromechanical internal cone brake, it provides quick braking response. When the motor is running, the brake automatically disengages; when the motor stops, the brake engages immediately, ensuring the load can stop quickly and steadily under any condition. The brake is located inside the machine, preventing debris intrusion and avoiding slippage, resulting in more stable braking performance. - Strong Adaptability
Some inline winch models use copper-core motors and enlarged cooling vents for better heat dissipation, allowing continuous operation. Certain models also offer cold-resistant performance, making them suitable for low-temperature environments and adaptable to various working conditions and environmental requirements.
