Dafang Crane introduced seven core initiatives for the 2025 Quality Month:

A dedicated leadership team has been established to ensure these initiatives are effectively implemented.

Data-Driven Improvement

The Quality Assurance Department presented key performance indicators from January to July 2025, including production pass rate, product grade rate, and after-sales repair rate.
The report highlighted steady improvements in crane quality management, while also identifying opportunities for refinement. All employees are called to strengthen awareness, pay attention to details, and take responsibility to continuously enhance product reliability and customer value.
