Quayside Container Crane

The quayside container crane is a specialized lifting device used at container terminals to load and unload containers between vessels and the shore. It is capable of transferring containers directly from the ship to the quay or truck, and vice versa.

Designed, manufactured, and inspected in compliance with international standards such as FEM, DIN, IEC, AWS, and GB, the quayside container crane consists of the electrical control system, steel structure, four main mechanisms (hoisting, trolley traveling, boom luffing, and gantry traveling), trolley assembly, anti-collision and anti-sway protection devices, and various auxiliary systems.

All mechanisms adopt full-digital AC frequency conversion and PLC-based speed regulation technology, offering precise and flexible control.
