The crane is mainly used for lifting and transferring steel components, embedded parts, and fittings during storage and internal logistics operations. The double girder design ensures stable lifting performance and precise positioning in confined indoor spaces.
Project Challenges & Solutions:
The customer provided clear technical parameters and detailed warehouse drawings, allowing our engineers to quickly develop a suitable solution. One key concern was the limited lifting height, as the crane needed to fit within the warehouse structure without compromising hook travel. After detailed technical communication, the crane height and configuration were optimized to fully meet site constraints.
Another challenge was shipping to Guam, where vessel availability from China is limited. Through coordination by our logistics team, a suitable shipping schedule was secured, ensuring timely delivery of the crane to the project site.
