• There must be at least three turns of wire rope remaining on the hoisting drum at all times.
• When the temperature is below -20°C, or in severe weather such as strong winds (level 6 or above), thunderstorms, heavy fog, or snow, operations must stop, and the operator should contact relevant departments to take safety precautions.
• Stay focused and operate carefully. Read signals clearly, keep your eyes on the hook, maintain hook stability, and control the working speed.
• Loads must be lifted vertically. The load should not be more than 1.5 meters above the ground, and it must not pass over personnel.
• When lifting long, large, or heavy loads, operate slowly and use guide ropes to control both ends of the load.
• When multiple personnel are involved, one person must be assigned to give unified commands. A warning horn should be sounded before lifting.
• During lifting, first raise the load about 10 cm off the ground to ensure it is stable. Only proceed when the brake is confirmed to be responsive and effective.
• It is strictly forbidden to perform two or more operating actions at the same time.
• When approaching nearby equipment, sound the horn and move slowly.
• Do not use limit switches as brakes or to stop the machine, and do not use emergency switches as regular switches.
• In case of sudden power failure, return all controls to the zero position. If the power outage is extended, apply safety measures to the suspended load. Operators must not leave the cab until the load is grounded or the rigging is released.
• For cranes with two hooks, when switching between main and auxiliary hooks with similar heights, they must be operated one at a time to avoid collisions.
• Do not lift two separate loads with both hooks at the same time. The unused hook must be raised close to its upper limit, and wire ropes must not hang on idle hooks.
• When two cranes travel on the same track, the distance between them must be at least 5 meters.
• A warning zone must be set up below the working area to prevent injuries from falling objects.
• Do not remove limit switches or other safety devices without authorization.

After the operation, the following regulations should be observed:

• After the operation is completed, return the handle to zero position before leaving the machine, pull down all electric control switches, lift the hook to the top, drive the trolley to both ends of the track, and do a good job of parking and anchoring.
