This is a repeat order from one of our valued clients. We have worked together many times. The client is a crane manufacturer. We provide them with lifting part design, technical advice, and supply of lifting and traveling components.

In this project, after we completed the production, the client mentioned that during a previous order, the running noise of the trolley motor was slightly louder than expected. To improve the experience this time, they asked us to connect the electrical parts in advance and test the trolley’s running performance.

Normally, this service would come with an extra charge. However, considering this client is one of our long-term and high-quality partners, our management approved a one-time free testing service. The test result was excellent, and the client was very satisfied.

The cargo has now been safely handed over to the client. They will deliver the 100 20 ton trolley and the 5 ton monorail hoist along with the crane they have assembled to their end customer.
