This explosion-proof overhead crane is a tender project. The customer’s bidding documents included many special requirements and non-standard demands. I carefully discussed each requirement with our technical team and provided feedback to the customer in the shortest time possible.

The power supply for this explosion-proof bridge crane must be provided by cable rather than conductor rails (trolley lines), as conductor rails are prone to generating sparks.

Furthermore, the customer had very strict inspection requirements for this order: they required not only a COI (Certificate of Inspection) and also third-party SGS inspection. Since our company implements strict inspection procedures and appearance control systems for all products manufactured, so we successfully passed all tests without any issues.
