Dafang Crane Holdings Group recently held the official launch ceremony for its 2025 Work Safety Month at the company’s 8th-floor conference hall. The event was themed “Everyone Talks Safety, Everyone Knows Emergency Response — Identify Hidden Hazards Around You.”
The ceremony gathered key company leaders, including Mr. Cao Xiangyang, Chairman and General Manager of Dafang Crane Heavy Machinery; Mr. Yang Zunjia, Chairman of DaFang Heavy Equipment; and Mr. Wang Yahui, General Manager of Dafang Crane Heavy Equipment, as well as employee representatives from across the group.
The event began with Deputy General Manager Han Bingrui presenting the 2025 Safety Month Activity Plan, detailing the structure, focus areas, and implementation strategy. He called on all departments to align with national safety guidelines, take proactive responsibility for workplace safety, and ensure the Group’s safe and steady development.
Deputy General Manager Wang Xiaoming then issued a notice on summer heat prevention, expanding safety efforts to seasonal risk control and highlighting the Group’s full-cycle safety management approach.
In the recognition session, Deputy General Manager Liu Hongwei awarded the “Safety Model Team” flag for May, and General Manager Wang Yahui presented awards and certificates to 16 individuals and departments recognized for their outstanding safety performance in the first half of the year.
Part-time safety officer Zhu Dongyu shared his practical team management experience, offering a compelling look into grassroots innovation in safety practices — a testament to DaFang’s dynamic “role model + knowledge sharing” incentive system.
The ceremony continued with Mr. Wang Yahui and Mr. Liu Hongwei signing Safety Commitment Agreements with frontline team leaders, reinforcing accountability at the operational level. Chairman Yang Zunjia then led all participants in a collective safety oath, with the powerful declarations resonating throughout the hall.
In his closing speech, Chairman Cao Xiangyang used real-life case studies and day-to-day examples to drive home the message that “safety is present in every moment.” His practical guidance encouraged both organizational leaders and frontline staff to enhance safety awareness and execution.
Mr. Cao also laid out the strategic roadmap for the Group’s safety work over the next seven months, calling on all department heads and team leaders to implement safety initiatives with diligence and precision, ensuring long-term, stable, and safe operations.
At DaFang Holdings, employee health and safety remain top priorities.
