After receiving an inquiry from Jordanian customers for two European-style hoist trolleys, our team responded swiftly with a detailed quotation. The customer later mentioned that a colleague was currently in China and wished to visit our facility. We welcomed him warmly and held an in-depth technical discussion at our factory.

The hoists were intended for an older set of equipment that is in heavy daily use, requiring seamless compatibility with the existing system. After confirming all integration requirements, we promptly updated the quotation to reflect the finalized specifications.
