Double Girder Gantry Crane Equipment Overview

To meet the demanding lifting requirements of super high rise steel structure construction, China State Construction Steel Structure Corporation introduced the MG80t double girder gantry crane. The double girder gantry crane adopts a box-type double-girder structure with a span of 42 meters and a lifting height of 36 meters. It is equipped with a hydraulic synchronous lifting system (8 lifting points, synchronous deviation ≤0.1 mm) and supports both wireless remote control and cabin operation.

The entire system complies with the GB/T 3811 design standard and is certified under ISO 12482, making it particularly suitable for the complex conditions of construction sites.
