Project Overview

To enhance molten metal handling efficiency and safety, Chifeng Zhongtang deployed our YZ160t Pfannenlaufkran, a heavy-duty solution purpose-built for high-temperature steelmaking environments.

The crane features a four-girder, four-rail dual-trolley structure, a 28 m span, and lifting heights of 22 m (main trolley) and 24 m (auxiliary trolley).

It is equipped with a hydraulic synchronous lifting system (5 lifting points, ≤0.1 mm synchronization accuracy) and supports dual operation modes: wireless remote control & operator cabin.

The entire system meets GB/T 3811 crane design standards and is certified to ISO 12482, ensuring safety and reliability in high-temperature, dusty environments typical of metallurgy.
