Tangsteel Group achieved a major technological breakthrough in molten metal handling by adopting DAFANG’s YZ200t foundry overhead crane. Featuring a hydraulic synchronous lifting system, intelligent monitoring platform, and four-girder four-rail structure, the crane significantly enhances operational efficiency and safety. This project marks an important step in extending metallurgical crane applications toward ultra-heavy loads and extreme high-temperature conditions.

To improve molten metal handling efficiency in the steelmaking workshop, Tangsteel Group introduced the YZ200t foundry crane featuring:

• Four-girder four-rail dual-trolley structure
• Span: 28 m
• Lifting height: 22 m (main trolley), 24 m (auxiliary trolley)
• Hydraulic synchronous lifting system: 5 lifting points, synchronization error ≤0.1 mm
• Control modes: wireless remote control + operator cabin
• Standards: GB/T 3811 design code, ISO 12482 safety certification
