After getting our client Mr. Dammike inquiry, since the specification is not pretty detailed, so after two times Emails communication, finally we confirmed the suitable design for client, then we provide the drawing and offer within 12 hours, they replied that they needs several days to examine our company and compare the design and offer, on the sixth day, client let us recommend runway beam suitable model to support this crane, we not only recommend the model, and also provide the runway beam structural layout as per client's traveling length, our client is very satisfied with our professionalism and service, then client ask whether we can accept L/C at sight payment term, we agree. We not only accept 40% T/T paid in advance, the balance paid before delivery. But also we can accept 100% L/C at sight.
