  • If want to use overhead crane, but there is no stand column and support bracket, which design shall client choose

    If want to use overhead crane, but there is no stand column and support bracket, which design shall client choose

  • If want to use gantry crane, but client finish the establishment, could client avoid break the ground to install gantry crane?

    Yep, at once the ground’s concrete width is more than 20cm, then there is no need to dig the ground. Just need pave belt steel plate, and fix it on the concrete floor with bolts. Then weld the rails is okay.

  • When work temperature under 20℃, what is the crane different? When work temperature is too high, what is the difference.

    Under 20℃, the crane’s steel plate will reply by Q345. When temperature is too high, will use H grade motor, and increase the cable’s insulation grade, also will increase the crane’s ventilation.

  • As for overhead crane, if the height from runway beam's surface to workshop's lowest point is too low, what special design can make?

    Different connection of main beam and end beam can reduce the height;

    Different crane design can shorten crane’s self height.

  • What's Dafang Crane's painting standard.

    For hoists, there is automatic painting line. For large cranes, two times base paint, and two times final paint, use epoxy polyamide paint.

  • Whether you can offer the matched spare parts?

  • What is the safety device you can offer?

    No. Safety Measures Foundation
    1. Loss of pressure fault phase protection

    When the voltage is too low, the electricity willdisconnect
    When the phase is changes, the electricity willdisconnect
    2. Over Voltage, over current protection

    When the voltage is too big, the electricity willdisconnect
    When the current is too big, the electricity will disconnect
    3. Overload Limit Switch

    When the lift capacity is more than the max ratedlift capacity, the electricity will disconnect, crane will stop work
    4. Weight limit

    Supervise the decrease of hook. There is a limitheight. The hook cannot fall any more if reach this limit
    5. Fire limit

    Supervise the up and down limit position of Hook.Avoid the over increase and over decrease, protect hoist
    6. Crane Travel Limit Switch

    Supervise the travel of crane, and stop crane travelmore than rated travel distance.

  • Can you offer special hanger for different usage?

    Yep, we can offer clamshell grab, orange grab, electromagnet, C hooks, belt or other hangers.

Delivery & Installation

  • How long will the production take?

    Within 20-30 work days after the PO and down payment.

  • If client need the crane very urgent, how to realize?

    Please let us know this before making order, then we can try our best shorten our production period, and prioritize your crane’s production.

  • Which delivery method Dafang Crane can offer? How Dafang Crane ensure the safe delivery of goods?

    We have plenty experience of exporting. By container, by bulk, by LCL, by flat rack all is okay for us. And we will give suggestion of delivery method. There will have reinforcement during package and load to ensure safe delivery.

  • What is Dafang Crane's common delivery port?

    Qingdao—By container & LCL; Tianjin—By bulk.

  • When the main girder is too long, how to delivery by container?

    The main girder will be divided into different pieces, each part’s length is within 11.8m. When client receive the goods, just connect them with high strength bolt is okay.

  • What kind assistance you can offer about crane installation

    We have professional installation team, who has gone to many countries to assist the installation. If you need we send technician to your factory, please let us know in advance.

  • Can you help us arrange the shipment?

    Yep. We have professional and independent Logistics & Document Department. They will be responsible for arranging the logistics. Just tell salesman the destination port.
