We got the inquiry of this single girder gantry crane from our new client in Uzbekistan. It's a government project. Our client inquiry it with crane design drawing, And our technical team work together for the crane design, design one crane most closed to the client requirement, and client accept it. After confirm the drawing design, we got the project, and just looking for the client payment, than we can arrange the 100t gantry crane produce part drawing and to start produce. Due to the payment last two month. In order to show sincerity, the customer should have paid 40% in advance and the customer paid 60% in advance. We are very grateful for this client’s trust.

Since the customer is in a landlocked country, we can only carry out inland transportation. So our design of each part, including the main beam, support legs, and trolley, has been modified according to the size of the container, so as to ensure the integrity of the performance of each part and to ensure that it can be loaded into and into and into the size of the container. This brought great challenges to our engineers, But they rose to the challenge, overcame the difficulties, and finally completed the design perfectly, and there were no problems during the production process, and the production of the 100t gantry was successfully completed.

We finished production in early July, which was a very hot period. Not only did our loading workers endure the heat during loading, they also helped customers figure out how to install to maximize the space in the heat. In the end, 2 sets 40-foot containers were saved for the customer. Proud of our load workers! With the crane, we also send out client electrical and machine drawing, and packing list to help client to complete installation.

The crane arrived at the factory of our client and was installed immediately. Now the crane is working smoothly at the work site.
